Mental Support

Updated: Dec 21, 2024

Living with Bertolotti Syndrome is not only a physical debilitation but also mentally highly challenging. I'd highly recommend looking for a good fit with a therapist, that will help tremendously in living with chronic pain, providing perspectives, a non-judgmental person to talk to and even in preparation prior to surgery and the aftermath.

One of the platforms is Headway Therapy, that has providers in several states. They will check your insurance and provide an estimate for co-pay. You can easily choose your own therapist based on the provided list and their descriptions, and do intakes to see if it matches with you: www.headway.co
